Our Leadership

Aditya Kumar Tiwari is the Founder and CEO of VOLTSPHERE INFRA PVT LTD.

  • He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from U.P State Technical University and Post Graduate Diploma in O&M of T&D System from CBIP, New Delhi and has over 14 years of rich experience of working in the Indian Power Sector renowned organisations both in Public and Private sector like M/s REC, M/s ESSEL Infra, etc.
  • In his last assignment while working he was associated with M/s RMC as Head- SBU (Renewable Energy & IOT) and looking after the execution of solar projects of more than 100MW. Having expertise in end to end execution and commissioning of Power Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Solar Projects {(construction of HV Sub-Stations, transmission & distribution lines, Ground Mounted & Roof Top Solar Projects), project appraisal, project management, designing, energy audit, financial planning, business development, tendering, procurement of goods & services, and contract management}

Abhi Sharma ( Ex. Indian Navy) is the Director of VOLTSPHERE INFRA PVT LTD.

  • He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Technology from the College of Technology and Engineering (CTAE).His career began with a distinguished tenure in the Indian Navy, where he served as a Commissioned Officer. Transitioning into the corporate world, Mr. Abhi built a successful career in multinational companies such as M/s Secure Meters, where he served as an International Business Associate and Business Manager.
  • As a Director and HOD for Sales & Marketing Mr. Sharma brings a wealth of experience, strategic insight, and leadership capabilities that have been honed across multiple high-performance environments. His ability to drive substantial business outcomes, coupled with his passion for continuous personal development, positions him as a valuable asset to any organization seeking to elevate its global presence and operational success.

Mr. Abhijit Saha is the Business Head at VOLTSPHERE INFRA PVT LTD.

  • Mr. Abhijit holds an MBA in Material Management and brings 30+ years of experience in EPC projects with expertise in global sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management across Water, Oil & Gas, T&D, Substations, Solar, and Manufacturing Plants
  • He has successfully delivered 1 GW+ solar capacity across 14 projects, with strong exposure to domestic and international markets. His core strengths include strategic planning, supplier development, contract management, negotiation, and project execution, driving sustainability, cost optimization, and profitability. With a strong industry network and proven leadership, he plays a pivotal role in the company’s growth and expansion.
